Loyalty Card Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Participation in the loyalty card program ("Program") is open to any individuals aged 14 years or older.
Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, individuals must obtain a loyalty card from participating Rainbowls coffee locations.
Earning Free Coffee: Participants earn a stamp or mark on their loyalty card for each coffee or hot drink purchased. Once nine (9) coffee or hot drink purchases are recorded on the card, the cardholder is eligible to receive the tenth (10th) coffee or hot drink for free.
Redemption: Upon collecting nine (9) stamps or marks, cardholders may redeem their completed loyalty card for a free coffee or hot drink at any participating Rainbowls coffee location.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, and stamps or marks accrued cannot be transferred to a new card. Rainbowls is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards.
Expiry: Completed loyalty cards must be handed in to the server at a rainbowls location once free coffee or hot drink is obtained.
Modifications: Rainbowls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including changes to the stamp or mark requirements, without prior notice.
Limitations: Stamps or marks have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.
Compliance: By participating in the Program, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Customer Appreciation Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is valid from the 1st of April until the 31st of May.
2. To participate in this promotion, customers must tag us in a photo on their social media account (not story). The photo should feature one of our products or their experience at our establishment.
3. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. Multiple entries will not increase the chances of winning.
4. Participants must have a public social media account for their entry to be considered.
5. By tagging us in the photo, participants grant us permission to use their image for promotional purposes across our social media channels and other marketing materials.
6. Every Friday during April and May, we will choose one winner from all eligible entries received throughout that week.
7. The winner will receive one free hot drink of their choice as stated in the promotion.
8. The winner will be notified through direct message on the social media platform they used to enter within 48 hours after being chosen.
9. If the winner fails to respond within 72 hours after being notified, another winner may be selected at our discretion.
10. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service offered by us.
11. This promotion is open to residents of [UK] who are [16] years old or above at the time of entry, excluding employees and immediate family members of our establishment.
12. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or exhibit fraudulent behaviour.
13. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or cancel this promotion without prior notice if circumstances arise that are beyond our control.
14. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and accept that decisions made by us regarding any aspect of this promotion are final.
Charity Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By participating in this charity giveaway, you (the "Participant") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Rainbowls. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the giveaway announcement. Employees, volunteers, and board members of the Charity, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
3. Donations and Contributions
Any donation made to the Charity is voluntary unless otherwise specified by law. Participants agree to provide accurate information regarding any donation or contribution made in connection with the giveaway or donation.
4. Misuse and Fraudulent Activity
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized use of the giveaway or donation is illegal and will result in immediate disqualification. Rainbowls reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals or groups who engage in such activities. This includes but is not limited to, providing false information, attempting to manipulate the giveaway process, or reselling or transferring giveaway or donation items for personal gain.
5. Redemption of Prizes
Prizes awarded as part of the charity giveaway or donation must be redeemed within the timeframe specified. Prizes or donations are non-transferable and must be used by the individual to whom they were awarded. Rainbowls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced prizes.
6. Liability and Indemnification
Rainbowls is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the charity giveaway or from the use or misuse of any prize. By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rainbowls, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from your participation in the giveaway.
7. Modification of Terms
Rainbowls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the charity giveaway or donation at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants through Rainbowls official communication channels.

Terms and Conditions for Student and Blue Light Discount
Discount Overview:
Eligible customers (students and Blue Light Cardholders) are entitled to a 10% discount on food purchases only.
The discount is valid only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Only available in-store (Eat in or Takeaway)
Eligibility:
To qualify, customers must present a valid student ID or Blue Light Card at the time of purchase.
The discount is applicable to students currently enrolled in an accredited institution and to holders of a valid Blue Light Card.
Discount Application:
The 10% discount applies only to food items and excludes beverages and other non-food items.

Terms & Conditions for Winter Menu Competition

By participating in the Winter Menu Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
• This competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Rainbowls. cafe, their immediate families, and anyone else connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
• To enter, participants must:
1. Tag a friend in the comments of the official competition post on Instagram and ensure both individuals are following @rainbowls.cafe.
2. Like the official competition post.
• Bonus entries can be earned by sharing the post on Instagram stories and tagging @rainbowls.cafe.
• Multiple entries are allowed (one tag per comment), but the same friend cannot be tagged repeatedly.
3. Entry Period
• The competition opens on 16.11.24 and closes at 11:59 PM on 23.11.24.
• Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection
• One winner will be selected at random on 24.11.24.
• The winner will be announced via Instagram stories and contacted directly via DM.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Rainbowls reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. Prize Details
• The prize includes:
