What is acaí?
Acaí comes from the acaí berry grown on the açaí palm tree in South American rainforests. It’s appearance is simular to a grape/blueberry. Approximately 80% of an açaí berry is the seed with the remaining 20% being edible and containing all the nutritional value.

What are the benefits of acaí?
Açaí has many health benefits. It is loaded with powerful plant compounds that act as antioxidants which have benefits for your brain, heart and overall health. Açaí also contains lots of healthy fats and fibre.

Is there parking?
We do not have parking at Rainbowls Cheltenham. The nearest car park is St James Street car park which is a 9-minute walk from us. In Worcester there is on street parking on the upper thything. In Bristol the nearest parking is Queens Road Bristol Parking.

Can I make a booking?
We do not take bookings however, there is plenty of seating inside and out.

Are you vegan?
We are not Vegan however, our bowls can be made vegan with the substitution of honey. We also offer vegan bakes.

Do you cater for allegens?
Due to our small working area cross contamination is high. We can not guarantee our products will be allergen free however, we will try our best to accommodate where possible. Please inform your server when making an order if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.

What are your peak times?
Our busiest hours are between 10 am -2 pm on the weekends.

We offer takeaway for all our products!

Do you deliver?
Yes, we operate on Deliveroo and Just Eat in Cheltenham and Worcester with a reduced menu.

Yes, we do. Please ask your sever for our voucher options.

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome in the cafe.
