Introducing the Fresh New Summer Menu at Rainbowls

As the summer sun brightens our days, we’re bringing a fresh twist to our menu at Rainbowls. This season, we’ve curated new poke bowls, brunch faves, and a refreshing smoothie to keep things light, delicious, and full of goodness.

New Poke Bowl Creations

Our poke bowls have always been a favourite, and now we’re introducing three new options that are as flavorful as they are nourishing:

Harmony Poke Bowl – Teriyaki-marinated chicken served with shredded carrots, cucumber, edamame, avocado, radishes, sriracha mayo, crispy onions, sesame seeds, and jasmine rice. A perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy.
Power Poke Bowl – A high-protein, energizing bowl with chicken, chili garlic sauce, mango, pickled cucumber, a boiled egg, avocado, and black sesame seeds over jasmine rice.
Power Poke Bowl – Is a fresh and vibrant combination of salmon, shredded red cabbage, pickled cucumber, carrots, avocado, cucumber, radish, spring onion, edamame, and a blend of white and black sesame seeds, all served over jasmine rice for a light yet satisfying meal.

**Paradise Poke Bowl** – A plant-based delight featuring falafel, fresh vegetables, creamy avocado, and sriracha mayo on a bed of jasmine rice.

A Brunch Favorite, Upgraded

Our Loaded Avocado on Toast is now even better, topped with creamy smashed avocado, lemon juice, feta cheese, pomegranate, basil pesto oil, and pumpkin seeds. For those who love an extra boost, you can now enjoy it with poached egg and smoked salmon.

A Refreshing New Smoothie

Say hello to Cherry Lady, our newest smoothie addition. Packed with ripe cherries and blended to perfection, it’s the ultimate way to stay refreshed this summer.

Dutch Waffles Are Here to Stay

Our Dutch Berry Waffles were too good to take off the menu, so they’re staying! Two Dutch waffles, Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a light dusting of icing sugar make for the perfect indulgence.
